4. Item of less value, which are less than RM400~/shipment, will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Only custom label number will be provided which allows to track the item until it leaves USA. Once item has left USA, the next update will be once item is delivered. If you wish to have the tracking number instead of the Custom label number, additional USD$11.50/shipment is required.

3.Full payment of quotation is required when order is placed.
4.When we received the ordered item, we will quote shipping cost to Malaysia, you can choose shipping preferred shipping method. When we receive payment for shipping, we will ship out the item to you.
5. Buyer is solely responsible for Customs duty for pre-order items (items which are not listed for sale in our blog). We do not guarantee if your shipments are lost in shipment to Malaysia. (only for pre-orders, ordered from the links provided by you).
6. We are also not responsible if shipping delay occurs. We provide tracking numbers upon shipment, and the rest is your responsibility. If further proof of shipment is needed, we will email the screen copy of your tracking number with the shipment details (to whom & where).
